The service is free and unwarranted
dibbed.dev is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Status checks are best-effort: third-party APIs can rate-limit us, return stale data, or change schema without notice. We do our best to flag uncertainty, but you should verify any check you intend to act on by visiting the upstream service directly.
This is not legal advice
A clean trademark check is not a guarantee of unencumbered use. Trademark law involves likelihood-of-confusion analysis across classes, common-law unregistered marks, pending applications, and jurisdictions we don't search. Consult an intellectual-property attorney before committing to a name commercially. Nothing on this site is legal advice and we accept no liability for decisions made based on it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape the service at a rate that meaningfully impacts our ability to serve other users
- Attempt to extract, mirror, or republish bulk results
- Use the service to enable or facilitate trademark infringement, cybersquatting, or other illegal activity
- Probe, attack, or circumvent any access control
We reserve the right to rate-limit, block, or terminate access for any abuse, at our discretion. To report abuse (e.g. someone using this tool to facilitate cybersquatting or trademark infringement), email abuse@dibbed.dev.
Affiliate links
Domain registration links route through Dynadot's affiliate program. If you register a domain through one of our links we earn a commission. Your price is identical to going direct.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we have no liability for any consequence of your use of the Service — financial, legal, or otherwise. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Changes
We can update these terms; material changes will be flagged in the footer. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
